Shipping & Return Policy
Even if our soaps are carefully handmade. we cannot guarantee that our soap or any of our products will be appropriate for your skin type. We suggest that you make a sensitivity test by washing the inside of your arm for a couple days. 24 to 48 hours should be ok. If irritation, redness or rash occurs, discontinue use immediately - and, of course, our products are for external use only.
If you are aware of having severe allergies, please contact us prior to purchasing/using our products.
When you place an order your items will be carefully packaged and shipped within 2 business days. Our orders are shipped with Canada Post or they can be picked up. We offer shipping at Canada Post's cost price.
Sometimes customs charges apply on orders from outside Canada, so we recommend that you check with your local customs authority to confirm if any tax or duty charges are applicable.
All our soaps are carefully handcrafted, in small batches, using traditional methods. Being handmade, each soap's design will be unique. Our family is testing every batch of soap to ensure its quality. Everything we make has to satisfy us first, before we will consider offering it to you.
If you change your mind and cancel the order, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. If your order has been processed for shipping, we will not be able to offer a refund. Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns.
We want all of our customers to be satisfied. Please, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days, after you have received your order, if there may be any problem. Please, specify your order number and a brief description of the problem. If we will consider that we are responsible for a mistake, we will contact you with further details.
